Shipping:
At Party Prints Company, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours, and shipping times may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

If you need an order rushed, please contact us with order number and date of event.

Returns:
We want you to love your Party Prints Company products! However, due to the personalized nature of many of our items, please note the following return policy:

• Personalized Items: Unfortunately, items that are customized with a photo or name cannot be returned.
• Non-Personalized Items: If you are not satisfied with a non-personalized item, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a partial refund or store credit.
